Can I use this mat with my shoes on? To prolong the lifemat's lifespan, we discourage the use of footwear during practice, as the shoe soles will rip the mat surface, particularly the TPE layer.

Is the odor emitted by the rubber mat detrimental to human health? All natural rubber possesses a harmless rubber aroma. Wipe the rubber side with a damp cloth and place it in a well-ventilated area for 5-7 days, allowing the scent to gradually fade.
